If your trial has expired and you were on one of our higher tier subscriptions, you'll need to resubscribe to that tier before downgrading. Once resubscribed, you can then downgrade and you'll be prorated a refund based on the difference in cost if you are charged immediately (we only bill overnight). Check out the steps for downgrading below.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
