Trying to create a report that shows totals of my transactions

It would be my pleasure to assist you in finding a report that would show your total for last year.

 

If you're trying to get your total sales for last, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report. This will show you the list of your total sales transactions for each customer.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports and search for Transaction List by Customer report.
  2. Open the report, then filter the Report period to Last Year.
  3. Click Run report.

You can also run the Transaction List by Vendor report. This way, you can review the total expenses you have made last year for each vendor. 

 

Just go to Reports and open the Transaction List by Vendor. Then, filter the Report period to Last Year. Lastly, select Run report.

 

Additionally, you can customize these reports to get the specific data that you need for your business.
