At the moment, we don't accept checks as a form of payment for QuickBooks Online subscriptions. Just to make sure we get you back to business, are you paying for your subscription through a third-party such as an accountant? If so, you'd want to reach out to them for a receipt. Otherwise, receipts are emailed to the email associated with your account.
