What Role Permissions are necessary for Fixed Asset Management

I'm trying to allow access to my employee that already has A/R and A/P roles assigned.  I've given access under the following and she still can not access the fixed asset manager:

- Accounting:  Asset Registers, Manage Fixed Assets, General Journal

- Lists:  Fixed Asset Item List

- Company:  Enter Vehicle Information

What else would she need access to so she can utilize the Fixed Assets Manager?

What Role Permissions are necessary for Fixed Asset Management

A warm welcome to the Community, indymolt.

I'd be happy to lend a helping hand in accessing the fixed asset manager for your employee.

Your employee should be in Single User Mode to access the Fixed Asset Management feature. Also, you may want to modify the existing user to view the summary of the restriction that was set up for the user profile.

Here's how:

  1. Click Company at the top menu bar.
  2. On the drop-down list, select Users and click Set Up Users and Roles.
  3. Highlight the user and click Role List.
  4. Click View Permissions.
  5. Select Accountant and click Display.
  6. You can check the Permissions Access by Role for your employee.

I've attached some screenshots for your reference.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around to help. Have a great rest of the week.
