Where do I find the most recent DE C9 report?

I'd be happy to show you how to find the DE 9C report in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. In the left menu, click Taxes. 
2. Go to the Payroll Tax tab and click Quarterly Forms link in the Forms section.
3. Locate CA DE 9C, then tap the form.
4. Select the period you want. 
5.  Hit View.
