Join nowFrom this webpage, it looks like our accountant should be able to take over billing of our existing subscription give us the wholesale discount pricing.
We're trying to do that, but on the accountant side, the price they see is higher than what we would pay if we continue to pay ourselves. How do I get this fixed? It's also showing Payroll, even though we cancelled that years ago.
Hi there, jbergwerk.
Yes, the article you provided is about wholesale pricing from an accountant that should be able to take over billing of your existing subscription give you the wholesale discount pricing.
Based on the screenshot you've provided, it seems your billing subscription is not yet transferred to your accountant. To fix this, you'll need to invite your accountant first to start taking over your subscription to wholesales billing. This way, we'll stop billing you and your accountant can add you to their plan. Then, adjust wholesale billing charges. Accountant covers the costs and billing for you from now on.
Here's how to add your accountant:
For additional information, you can click this article: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.
Once done, you'll need to give permission to your accountant. Please follow the steps below.
Once you're done giving your accountant permission, they have two days to finish the transfer.
For additional information about the wholesale billing plan, you can provide this article to your accountant: Transfer clients to your wholesale billing plan. This provides steps on how your accountant finishes the transfer.
On the other hand, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate why you can still see about payroll even you already canceled this a year ago.

Thanks for the response.
The master admin did the process to transfer the ownership, and the screen shot was sent to me by the admin at the accounting firm. The haven't accepted yet because the pricing isn't correct
We are all confused because
1. It shows that we would be getting QBO Plus and Payroll Premium, but we don't use Payroll and are not subscribed to that.
2. The pricing doesn't match what we pay for other QBO Plus subscriptions.
I've asked them to initiate a call to get support from their end, because I haven't been able to resolve this on my end.
Thanks for the quick response. I thought I replied, but it didn't post.
The master admin on my end did initiate the transfer. The screen shot I posted was sent to me by the accounting firm. They haven't accepted the transfer because the pricing is wrong. It seems like to ability to do the transfer and obtain wholesale pricing is new.
I did have a phone call with Intuit support, and the person confirmed the payroll option is cancelled. She couldn't tell me why the accountant is seeing the transfer with payroll included.
I've asked the accounting firm to call and request help. Hopefully they will.
