To contact support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using a web browser.
  2. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern, then choose a way to connect with support.

 

Support is open M-F 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Had you open the trial account, you wouldn't need to submit any credit card credential.
