Re: Why does Quickbooks ask me to verify my email address every time I log in?

Hello there, kathymiller.

When you're asked to verify email address every time you log in, it's because of the Two-Step Authentication being enabled. If you'd like to disable this, you can do so using the steps below:

Here's  how to disable the Two-Step Authentication:

  1. Log in to the Intuit Online Account management portal.
  2. Navigate to the Security tab. Click Turn Off to expand the Two-step verification section.
  3. Select Turn Off.
  4. Enter the one-time pass code you received and select Continue.

Another option would be to set your browser settings to Allow Chrome sign-in. This will allow you to save your log-in information so you can automatically sign in.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the hamburger icon Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced
  4. Under "Privacy and security," choose what settings to turn off.
  5. Click Site settings.

You can read more about choosing your privacy setting through this article.
