I'll help you start a new account with your existing data, cha_lao.

 

We're unable to extend the free trial of QuickBooks Online. When the trial expires, you can sign up for a new account until you receive the credit card.

 

You can visit our website to resubscribe to the same QBO version that you have right now: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/. Once done, you can export your lists from your existing company file to an Excel spreadsheet. Finally, import them into your new QBO account. Here's how: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

 

As for the transactions, you can reenter them manually or use online banking to import them into the program.
