Recent screen changes

Hi @MK18 , try to open in different browser engine, clear cache and browsing history, open in private window. You could reach help function too. 

  1. Go to the Help menu to access the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to choose the Contact us link.
  3. In another window, type the issue/topic in the field box and hit the Let’s talk button.
  4. Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.

Recent screen changes

Hi, thanks, did try online chat, even got thru!, shared screen and then chat dropped and no response since, have also tried twice to start chat again.  Screen format has changed overnight, On the Sales Tab/Invoices, all the invoice numbers are missing.  On Banking screen it tells me in a red box that Income has posted as expenses and I need to 'undo' transactions, but everything is OK.  So something weird is going on.

We haven't received any launch update with the recent changes in the screen format in QuickBooks Online (QBO). And I'd like to redirect you to the right support group available to get this addressed immediately.

 

To investigate the missing invoice number on your Invoices page and the income posted as an expense on the Banking page, I suggest contacting our Phone Support Team. I understand that you already contacted them before but they're the best support group that can help you with your concern. Also, they can look into your account in a secure environment and proceed with screen sharing to review the missing invoice number and to your bank transactions.
