I am trying to remove a user from our Quickbooks Account on camps.intuit.com and I'm getting the following error:
"We're sorry but you can't remove this user because they're associated with an active payment method. Please contact us for more help with this."

If you want to check the user attached on the payment method, you can go to the CAMPS website, and click the Details option found below the Products & Services list. For the detailed steps, you can visit this article (scroll down to Update payment method):
Since you're getting an error message upon removing a user through the CAMPS website, you may need to contact our Customer Support Specialists. One of them will need to pull up your account on your behalf and make sure the user is no longer show on an active payment method in the system.
