Removing the logo that's displayed in QBO e-mails.

The logo that's displayed in the e-mails we send to our customers is warped and looks terrible.  How do we go about removing the logo that's included in the body of invoice emails that we send?

Removing the logo that's displayed in QBO e-mails.

Greetings, tomailor.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community.  Allow me to help you remove the logo that's showing up on your sales forms in QuickBooks Online.

There are many options you can do with the logo showing on your sales forms. You can customize it to show the company’s brand, edit it to make it look professional, or remove it so it won’t show on any of your sales forms.

To remove the logo from the invoices, follow the steps below:
1.    Click the Gear icon on upper right hand of the screen.
2.    Under Your Company, choose Customer Form Styles.
3.    Click Edit on the forms you want to customize.
4.    Under Design tab, select Make logo edits, then Hide logo.
5.    You can also click on the Plus icon on the lower right of the logo to show it.
6.    Then, hover your mouse to the logo and click the X icon to delete it.
7.    Click Delete to complete the removal of the logo.
8.    Exit on the popup screen and click Done to save the changes on the form.

Once you delete the logo on the invoice form, it’ll no longer show on your invoices and will even be removed on the invoices already sent.

For details on how to edit and add the logo, you can check out this article:

Removing the logo that's displayed in QBO e-mails.

It's not the sales forms or invoices that are the issue.  Our logo displays just fine on those.  It's the email

When we send an invoice via email the photo attached shows up as HTML in the body of the email.  The attached invoice in the email looks fine.  But the logo is not supposed to be stretched/warped as it is in the photo.  Do you know how I can fix this issue?

Removing the logo that's displayed in QBO e-mails.

Hi there, tomailor.

Thanks for the exact details that you've provided. Allow me to share some insight into this concern.

Currently, removing a logo from emailed customers transactions isn't an option for us. However,  you can send your invoices as a PDF attachment.

Here's how.

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. Click on the Online Delivery section, and check the box next to Attach Sales Form as PDF.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Done.

Also, you'll need to make sure that your log meets the following qualifications so it will show up correctly.

  • The logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • File size is smaller than 1MB.
  • Have a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less.
  • Uses the standard RGB color space (RGB).
  • The shape of the logo is square.

This should keep you moving today. Feel re to reach back out to us if you have further questions. Have a great weekend.
