Discounts are only offered when you pay right away for QuickBooks upon sign up. We rarely give discounts during renewal.
I understand that the price increase will affect the revenue of your business. However, it sounds like you bought QuickBooks at a discounted price last year, and now you’re paying for the regular price. I'm unable to check your account from here though. But if you'd like, you can always contact our QBO Support to check your billing history. They have the tools for this.
