Reports in the left column no longer is an option. Last week it was there?

I'm here to ensure you can utilize the Reports feature in QuickBooks Online, @chuck55.

I checked my end by signing into my QBO account and saw the Reports menu in the left panel.

It's possible you're in Business view, so the Reports menu isn't showing up in the left column. If you wish to use this feature, simply click the Business Overview option. See screenshots below:

Otherwise, you can switch back to the Accountant view to see the Reports option directly.

If the issue persists, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once the Reports option shows, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

Additionally, let me share these links you can utilize to help manage your reports in QBO. It includes information on how to personalize and save your current customized reports:

Let me know in the comment section if you have other concerns with finding the Reports menu at the left panel. I'm always ready to help. Keep safe!

You're most welcome, @chuck55.

I'm glad to know that the information my colleague shared above helps you display the reports menu back in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
