Reports is not coming up when I click it

Thanks for joining the Community. I'd be glad to help with reports not coming up when you click it. 


Generally, when a user encounters unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online (QBO), such as pages not loading, it's recommended to try browser troubleshooting. Cache and temporary internet files are stored to boost browser performance, but too much can accumulate and impede processes. For additional information on this including steps for clearing the stored cache, please see the following article:Delete or Disable Cache and Temporary Internet Files in Your Web Browser.


Should you continue to experience this behavior after clearing the cache, I suggest trying an alternative browser to view the report. This will help to isolate the behavior and determine the cause of it.
