I just re-subscribed to Quickbooks Online and none of my account information is available. ??

Resubscribing

Hello amckenzi89,

 

Welcome back to the Community! Allow me to assist you by providing some insights about using QuickBooks Online.

 

Once your subscription gets expired or canceled, your data will still be available for one year. However, if you re-subscribed, you'll need to use the same login credentials that you're using before.

 

If your data don't exist and you're still on the provided time frame, I recommend reaching out our Support Specialists this time. They'll be able to check your account and perform the necessary actions to get back on track.

  1. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter necessary information.
  4. Choose a way to connect.
