Thanks for getting back to us, @Brette.

We received reports regarding users getting the "Reactivate Subscription" alert in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). A ticket (INV_43437) has been created and was forwarded to our Product Engineers. They're now working to fix this as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team so they can add your details to our notification list. This will our Engineers determine the number of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved. I'll also inform you here when we get the update as well.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. In QBDT, go to the Help menu at the top to get to the QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Get the latest payroll tax table update.
