Seems my Tsheet and QB are not syncing,,, I had Tsheet subscription before getting QB online, curious if the one in QB is different that the subscription I have?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Using QuickBooks Online with existing TSheets account, It will automatically sync the data once you connect them. Though, we can manually Import them to bring in new data from QuickBooks or select Export All Approved Time to sync time from TSheets to QuickBooks.

I understand, but, I failed to mention I also have QB Payroll premium which comes with Tsheets, I should only have 1 TSheets.. in this case I have 2 , the first subscription, and the TXheets that comes in QB with Payroll premium.. can this be merged to 1 ? 

 

Dont see why I should pay for QB and Payroll premium, and a second Tsheets subscription.

I appreciate you for adding more details here in the Community. Let me share some information about using TSheets with your QuickBooks Online Payroll account.

 

Since you already have a standalone TSheets subscription, I recommend contacting the Customer Care Team. One of them will be able to check if merging the two accounts is possible.

I spoke with TSheets CS today, unfortunately there was no option to migrate data from one TSheets account to another. Just had to Export Payroll/Time reports and save for offline records.
