Sent client the subscription email and they never paid. How do I resend the request?

Good day, @taxshop.

 

It's my pleasure to help resend the subscription email to your client.

 

You may need to look for the specific customer and resend the transaction/invoice created for the subscription. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Click Sales at the left pane.
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Look for the specific customer.
  4. Under Transaction List, locate the transaction.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow under Action.
  6. Select Send.
  7. Add the client's email address and click Send.

That would allow you to resend an email to your client, stay in touch if you have any other concerns. Wishing you the best!
