Setting up second QBO firm

Hello,

I currently am a QBO Advisor and have a bookkeeping firm.  I am looking at starting a partnership that will be a second entity in itself.  I am looking for recommendations on how i setup this second firm, but I would prefer to have one login, and not take up all of the accountant users as well.  I need to leave room for a CPA on some of my clients.  Thanks in advance for any advise.
