I have been able to add the app to my phone and upload a receipt. However, on the desktop I am unable to access the receipt management I keep getting this error.
"You do not have access to perform this action. To complete this, request for access from your Primary Admin."
I have verified the user I am logged in with is the Admin and in fact the only user
I have changed the company name on Company > My Company name to match the company name listed on my account at https://camps.intuit.com/app. after changing the name on the desktop. I closed/logged off the company file as well as shut down QuickBooks and started over.
Opened QuickBooks, selected company file, logged in with Admin pw (the only one i have), go to Intuit Account User Management, popup to log into Intuit account. I enter my information (which i tested in another browser and can access account.) then it spins for a bit then pops up the same message I do not have access.
I have also verified in the Intuit account that the email address for the verified user in the account is the same as the desktop user.
What else can I try to see that I do not have set correctly to identify the desktop user as the admin according to the account at https://camps.intuit.com/app
