Hello, Chris!

 

The users might have changed their settings. That's why the can't see the account numbers. Let me help you out. 
 

For those users who can't see an account number, can they see the NUMBER column? If not, they can click the Gear icon just above the table and put a check in the Number checkbox. What are the user permissions of those users? Admin or with Standard with limited access?

This is a great example! My two users (both are admin) can see the number column. But as in your screenshot (the first back acct listed) I see the number listed in the account NAME field, and my colleague does not. When I remove the number from the NAME field, leaving only the acct name, my colleague no longer sees the number in REPORTS. That seems to be where the error manifests, in reports.
