If the received email communication that you believe is from Intuit, just refer to the Is this email I received a legitimate communication from Intuit? article. From there, you'll determine if it is a legitimate one. On the other hand, some email messages might be phishing scams; some might contain viruses and other malicious software. Also, suspicious emails will say they are from Intuit and may ask you to take actions like logging in, providing personal information, or downloading "tools."
If you have received one of these emails, do not open it or access any of the links. You can forward it to the phishing/spoofing e-mail page so we can review it. For more details about this one, see the How to recognize and report suspicious emails article.
You can also contact our Customer Support Team to verify the received emails. Just send us a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. - Go to the Help icon on the top right.
- Enter your concern in the search field.
- Choose Talk to a human.
- Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human.
- Press Contact us.
- Tick Continue.
- Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
