I just hired a CPA to handle all of my future accounting and payroll. I spoke with QuickBooks and they stopped the subscription to QuickBooks and payroll. I received emails stating that the subscriptions were stopped. I was told that online services would not be available after the subscription expires but that I would still be able to run QuickBooks. However, my subscription just expired and now I can't run QuickBooks and I can't seem to contact anyone from QuickBooks to deal with this. Also, I just received a charge for my payroll service that was cancelled. How can I solve this problem?
