Our support plan has specific terms and conditions. Once your QuickBooks Desktop Plus Subscription is cancelled, you'll be unable to have these benefits listed below:
- Receive assisted support for issues and questions not covered by the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop & Point-of-Sale software support policies without paying an additional fee.
- Receive Data Recovery Services without an additional fee.
- Continue to use any other service included with your plan, such as Intuit Data Protect.
- You'll lose your license to use the QuickBooks Desktop Software. Though you'll no longer have access to the software and all related services, you'll retain access to your company data file stored on your device, which can be reinstated to a readable QuickBooks Desktop format upon reactivation of your subscription or with the purchase of a license to the software.
