Join nowI just hired a CPA to handle all of my future accounting and payroll. I spoke with QuickBooks and they stopped the subscription to QuickBooks and payroll. I received emails stating that the subscriptions were stopped. I was told that online services would not be available after the subscription expires but that I would still be able to run QuickBooks. However, my subscription just expired and now I can't run QuickBooks and I can't seem to contact anyone from QuickBooks to deal with this. Also, I just received a charge for my payroll service that was cancelled. How can I solve this problem?

Our support plan has specific terms and conditions. Once your QuickBooks Desktop Plus Subscription is cancelled, you'll be unable to have these benefits listed below:

So basically users who have been loyal for the 10+ years and upgraded as we felt needed (maybe not every year but 4 or 5 times in the last 10 years), are not out of luck and can't use all of the Quickbooks information we have in our computers! We are FORCED to pay the annual subscription even if I don't need to upgrade my Quickbooks software! Not a happy customer...

With an annual plan, you have the option to cancel your Plus subscription. I'd recommend reviewing the terms and conditions before doing so.
As far as using the data stored in your computer, you'll be able to keep a copy of the company file(s) you've created. The company data can be utilized once you have an active subscription again. You can initiate a subscription starting from your CAMPs account.
