I have subscribed but when I go to app it says my trial is over. Doesn’t seem to recognise my subscription. How do I fix this please?

Glad you dropped by the QuickBooks Community. I want to make sure this concern with your QuickBooks Self-Employed trial account gets taken care of.


Did you just sign up to the QuickBooks Self-Employed free trial? If so, you should be able to log in and have a full access to its features for 30 days.


Since the system says that your trial is over, I’d recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed support. They’ll be able to check the account and verify what’s causing you to get that prompt.
