Subscription payment email

Good morning - notification of payment for our monthly subscription is being sent to an email of a former employee.  I checked the settings and my information is listed in setup.  What am I missing?  The email for the former employee is being sunsetted this month.

As far as I know, any email regarding billing and subscription is only sent to the Master Admin.

Thank you.  This person was the Master Admin and no longer with the company.  I'm not able to sign in as Master Admin to make myself Master Admin.  Any thoughts?  Thank you!

You can contact our QuickBooks Support to verify the email associated with your monthly subscription. Also, assist you on how to change the Master Admin on your QuickBooks Online account.


Here's how to contact our QuickBooks Support:


  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your concern in the field, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a call.
  5. Fill up all the information needed.
  6. Click Submit or Confirm my call.


Note: The support hours of Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMMonday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday. And, if you're using the Advanced version, you can contact us any time on any day.
