If your trial has expired and you were on one of our higher tier subscriptions, you'll need to resubscribe to that tier before downgrading. Once resubscribed, you can then downgrade and you'll be prorated a refund based on the difference in cost if you are charged immediately (we only bill overnight). Check out the steps for downgrading below.
Go to Gear, then Account & Settings.
On the left, choose Billing & Subscription.
Hit Downgrade your plan, then Choose plan.
Hit Continue or Submit, then Change plan to complete the process.
Sign out and back in.
