I'm trying to get my Quickbooks Online company subscribed but it says that there is something wrong and it's Quickbooks side to fix. However, the company is lost under canceled company and my team cannot work.

I'd like to verify, is your subscription set up and manage through a third-party vendor such as the Apple App Store? If so, you'll need to update the billing information via their billing portal.
Nevertheless, reach out to our Customer Care Team if you're directly subscribed to us. They can pull up your account and review what's causing this notification in the Billing Information window and help you fix it.
