I appreciate the screenshot you've shared, @Worst.

I'm here to help sort it out so you can get back to working order.

Since your subscription will last until October 31st this year, you can still access it without any issues. You may be using different login credentials that's why it prompts you to sign up for a new subscription. You'll want to make sure that you're using the correct login credentials.

However, if you still get the same issue after logging in to your correct account, let's reset your mobile app's data to fix some data issues on the app. Here's how:

  1. Go to your phone Settings.
  2. Tap Apps and Notifications.
  3. Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  4. Select Reset App Data.

If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please know that uninstalling the app won't lose any data in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

You might encounter issues tracking your mileage on your mobile phone. Here's an article you can read to learn how to fix it: Fix mileage tracking issues in QuickBooks Self-Employed for Android.

Please feel free to keep in touch with me here on your progress about logging in to your QBSE account, I want to make sure you're taken care of.

I took both if the steps provided and nothing is working. I triple check credentials. I reset app data and deleted app and reinstall and the problem continues. I really need this to work by Monday before I start my day at work.
