Do i need to pay for two different subscriptions if i plan on using quickbooks online essentials for my business and person book keeping?

Good day, cttoxxxikk.


There's no need to set up two subscriptions for QuickBooks Online unless you have two different companies. In QBO, you have the option to add your bookkeeper as another user.


Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon then choose Manage Users.
  2. Click the Add user button.
  3. Select the user type then click Next.
  4. Continue with the prompts.
  5. In the Add a new user page, enter their contact information.
  6. Click the Save button.

Once done, let your bookkeeper open his email and let him click the Let's go! link. This way, your bookkeeper can access your QuickBooks Online account.
