Let's try some browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue, Singing_Buckeyes.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses browser cache and cookies to perform to its best. However, there are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages. This will cause some unusual responses like printing blank reports.
Let's start by logging into your QBO account using a private browser. This will help us determine if the issue is browser-related.
Here are the different keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once done, pull up the reconciliation report again. If you're able to print the report with its complete information, you can go back to your regular browser and clear your cache and cookies.
If the issue persists, I'd also suggest printing your reconciliation report using other supported, up-to-date browsers.
