Let's go to the Subscriptions menu whether you're using iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac, or PC. Then, choose Transfer subscription on the We need to transfer your QuickBooks subscription page. This way, you can enter the credit card info that's not associated with your Apple ID from there. This link is specific to the Payroll plan, but it also applies to your regular QBO subscription. Just skip the Continue to payroll button.
Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming the transfer, and your data will still be intact. Your first bill date will be thirty days afterward. That way, you won't have any duplicate charges because your subscription is current with the app store.
When you're ready, that's the time to cancel your QBO subscription through the app store.
