I appreciate you trying some test resolving the issue. Since you're still getting a license failure message after using the password reset tool, I suggest calling our POS Customer Care Team. They have more tools to help you reset your password and investigate the cause of this.
Here's how to contact them:
- Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contactus.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop.
- Choose QuickBooks Point of Sale.
- Select the issue/topic.
- Click the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
