I'm trying to log in as sysadmin in POS 12 and it keeps telling me my password is wrong even though I know it's correct. Our company file got corrupted and we had to have it rebuilt by support so I'm wondering if they changed the password and didn't tell us. I've tried using the password reset tool but keep getting a license authorization failure message. Is there another way to get into the sysadmin or reset the password?

@HoneyLynn_G Thank you for your help! I followed your instructions but after calling the number that came up when I clicked through to the support page and sitting on hold for an hour I was told I had reached the QB premier support and he couldn’t help me. He transferred me to POS but did it so quickly I didn’t have a chance to ask for the correct support number. After sitting on hold another 45 minutes I finally gave up. Do you know a better number for POS support so I don’t have to go through all that again?
