The add account button isn't working for me today.
I can help you isolate this behavior to get this option working again, Gannon.
Let's start with refreshing your current browser by clicking the Reload option beside the QBO URL. Pressing the CTRL+F5 keys can also do the trick. Then, close and reopen the browser to start from a clean slate.
If the Add Account button is still not working, we can try a few more steps. Open your QBO account using a private browser. If the option works there, go back to your previous browser and clear the cache.
You can also switch to Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox to add another account for online banking.
