The change subscription does not work. I have tried a few browsers. How can this be done, is there a support email or number?

What "change"do you need? Upgrade/downgrade your plan or else?

The change subscription does not work. I have tried a few browsers. How can this be done, is there a support email or number?

Let me help change your subscription, user47045.

 

Before doing so, you'll want to check out this comparison chart to see which subscription fits your business needs.

 

To upgrade:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription menu.
  3. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade. If you don't see it, you’re already using the plan with the most features.
  4. Choose the plan you want, and select Upgrade.
  5. Confirm your payment information and select Save.

To downgrade:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
  3. Click Downgrade your plan. If you can’t see this option, follow this link to downgrade.
  4. Select Choose Plan.
  5. Review what's changing with your new plan.
  6. When you're ready, select Continue or Submit.
  7. Review the billing details.
  8. Click Change plan, then Done.

To double-check the changes made, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. Select the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription, then check your plan details.
