The descriptions of each transaction are not pulling through for last year from the beginning of May 2019 on my transaction detail by account report. How can I fix this?
We can do some steps to check if this has something to do with your browser.
We can use a private browser to disable your browser extensions and to stop your cache from saving new data. If you can see the descriptions, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to isolate the case.
