I agree with what @Fiat Lux - ASIA mentioned above. I'll provide additional information on this process.
The Verify and Rebuild Data tools scan your company file for data issues, and resolves them, respectively.
Here's how to run the Verify Data tool:
- Go to the File menu.
- Highlight Utilities.
- Select Verify Data.
To proceed with the Rebuild Data tool, follow the steps below:
- Go to the File menu.
- Highlight Utilities.
- Select Rebuild Data.
- You'll get a prompt to backup your company file, press OK.
- Hit OK when you see a message Rebuild has completed.
