The logo won't print on the invoice or reports. I've tried all the workarounds posted in the community, yet it fails to show or print

Hi there, kmia.

 

When adding a logo, make sure that it's in a supported file format. You can choose either .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file. The size should be  smaller than 10 MB, and it has a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less.

 

Also, let's update your Adobe Reader before printing the invoice or any sales forms including reports. This resolves any printing issues just like what you're experiencing now.

 

In addition, let's check if the logo has been hidden in the invoice template or in the report.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the invoice template you're using and click Edit.
  3. Under Design tab, click on Make logo edits.
  4. Select Show logo, then Done.

Pull up any report that you want to print. Click on the header section of the report. At the left side, check the Show logo box.logo 4.PNG

 

Once done, reprint them to see if it works already. You can also refer to this article to know more on how to customize sales forms in QuickBooks Online.
