If so, we have an ongoing issue about this one. However, I know a workaround for you. We can try a different browser and try printing the report again.

Click the ?Help icon, and then click ContactUs.
Enter The reconciliation report shows as black when printing.
Choose either MessageanAgent or Get a callback.
