The reconciliation report will not print and pulls up a blank sheet.

Are you trying to print the reconciliation report in the desktop app, mbruno.

 

If so, we have an ongoing issue about this one. However, I know a workaround for you. We can try a different browser and try printing the report again.

 

In the meantime, I'd suggest reaching out to one of our Phone Support agents. This way, you'll be added as one of the affected users. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon, and then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter The reconciliation report shows as black when printing.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Message an Agent or Get a callback.
  5. Enter the required details.

 

If you're using an online browser, it may be you're experiencing some browser issues.

 

When you go to a website, the cache will store any information and will take the space on the computer's memory. If it'll overload, it will cause unusual behavior.

 

We'll have to perform basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. To start with, let's access QuickBooks on an incognito window. This is where we identify if the issue is caused by a web browser. You can follow these shortcut keys to open this type of window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're able to print the report, we can go back to the main browser and clear its cache. This helps us refresh the program.

 

We also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
