The TIAA banking accts won’t update the bank balance. The most recent update occurred on 3/25! QBO is useless for keeping track of these accts. How do I get it to update?

These 2 accts used to update the correct balances from TIAA. They no longer do. The TIAA Visa card acct does not transfer transactions but the bank acct does. TIAA says that there connection program supports Quicken but not QBO. How do I proceed?

Good evening, @dougdeerfld.

I recommend manually importing your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online until TIAA supports QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to TIAA and export your bank transactions into Excel.
  2. Save the file as a CSV.
  3. Go to the Gear icon at the top-right of your QuickBooks, then select Import Data.
  4. Select Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Press Open then Next.
  6. From the QuickBooks Account drop-down list, choose the bank or credit card account then hit Next.
  7. Follow the steps to import.
