Hi there, @rachel_becerra.

 

Your concern requires more tools to associate your EIN to the correct subscription. Since the Community is a public forum and accessing customer’s account is prohibited.

 

I recommend contacting our Phone Support team to assist you further. They have the capability to modify your account in a secure environment.

 

Simply press F1 to route you to Contact us section and choose to Get a callback.
