The two companies displayed on your sign-in page are both still active, unless they are listed under the "Canceled Companies" section. If you'd like to delete the inactive account, I recommend contacting phone support for help with managing your account data and subscription.
Here's how you can contact to them:
- Open the Help menu located in the upper-right corner.
- Go to the Assistant tab. Enter "contact support" into the chat box and hit Enter.
- Select Contact a human, then choose either Live Chat or Call me back.
- Provide a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
- Opt for either a Callback or Chat option.

In the meantime, you can hide your inactive account by simply selecting the Hide in the Actions dropdown for that company.
