There are several large intuit debits to my account for which there is no record in my transaction/fee report or monthly statement. Any idea what these could be for?

Hello there, @dargan2.

Since Community is a public space, we're unable to check the debits in your account for security purposes. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They're able to pull up your account securely and verify the debits your getting.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help icon at the top to open the Search window.
  3. From there, scroll down to choose the Contact us button.
  4. Enter the issue /topic in the field box and then tap the Let’s talk option.
  5. In the contact information window, choose how you want to reach out to our support team: Chat or Get a callback.

Due to the outbreak, we have limited staffing and have reduced our hours to 6:00 A.M. -6:00 P.M. PT Mon-Fri. Rest assured, we will resume normal hours as soon as possible.

To determine which credit card charges come from Intuit or QuickBooks, you can see this link. It also provides FAQ about charges in QuickBooks.

Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be happy to help you further. Take good care.

Thanks for your response Joesem.  The wait time on Friday to speak to an agent was 1hr. 50min. so I started a chat conversation with a support rep.  They were able to look up the transactions in question and said "oh, I see what's happening here, I need to transfer you to operations."  I then saw the chat window indicate I was being transferred to operations, but no one ever picked up the chat from operations.  I kept the chat window open for two hours and no one responded.  I then called y'day and despite the phone message saying Saturday support hours were 6am-3pm PST, the call disconnected saying offices were closed.  I'll try again Monday I suppose.  Here is what the line item in my bank statement says.  What could be so complicated that the customer service rep couldn't tell me and had to transfer me to ops?:

Hi there, dargan2,

I see you've been in contact with us multiple times to get this issue fixed. As mentioned by my colleague above, the support hours has reduced due to limited staffing during this situation. New support hours are from Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Rest assured, we will resume normal hours as soon as possible.

However, to assist you why there is several large debits to your account, I suggest contacting them again. They have the necessary tools to review your account to see why the issue happens. You can also request a callback during our support hours so that you will be assisted right away. Please follow the steps provided above.
