The Billing & Subscription tab is only available if you're logged in as either the Master or Company Admin, Boatus.

If you're an admin and unable to find the option, you might be experiencing some browser hiccups. When you visit a website, the cache will store any information and will take the space on the computer's memory. If it overloads, it will cause unusual behavior.

We'll have to perform basic troubleshooting steps. To start with, let's access QuickBooks Online through a private browser. This is the best place to identify web issues. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to see the billing page, let's go back to your main browser, then clear its cache. This helps us refresh the program.

Also, you can use a different web browser. It could be the browser you're using has issues with our program.

If you wish to update the billing info, I'll share the article to guide you.

So the problem is that neither Intuit or Apple tells you up front that if you use the Apple store to purchase Quickbooks, you will loose the ability to control your billing and subscriptions. Therefore no Billing and Subscription Tab!

Hello there, @boatus

I understand the importance of having the Billing & Subscription tab in the settings when using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through Apple. Please know I acknowledge and recognize your sentiments, so I'm taking note of them. I can also help you locate the page where you can easily manage your subscription via the app store. I'll guide you how.

Here are the steps if you're using the iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Choose iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Click View Apple ID.
  5. Enter your password and sign in.
  6. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
  7. Select QuickBooks Online.

If you're using iTunes on your Mac computer, follow the steps below:

  1. Open iTunes on your computer.
  2. Choose Account and click Sign in.
  3. Select Store.
  4. Click Account, then select View My Account. Enter your Apple ID and password.
  5. Choose View Account.
  6. Select Manage next to Subscriptions in the Settings section.
  7. Click QuickBooks Online.

Since you bought the program from the Apple App Store, its features may vary depending on the device you're using. Thus, you can use the chart to easily compare them through this article: Mobile App Features Comparison. Just go to the iPhone or iPad column. For Mac, use this article instead and then locate the Mac sections.

I'll lend a helping hand if you need anything else. Keep safe always, @boatus.
