Yes, you're correct. You can only track mileage if you're signed in as a user with admin privileges in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. With that, you'll have to check your driver's user permissions first. If you don't have this permission yet, you can change your user permissions so your driver can track their mileage.
