This just started. When I click on the Print Icon in a Register, the report does not show up to print. Is this happening to anyone else?

This just started. When I click on the Print Icon in a Register, the report does not show up to print. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi there, @lwebb13851.

 

Allow me to provide some information about not being able to print a report of your register.

 

The report should populate and print when you click on the print icon. Since it's not, I suggest opening QuickBooks in a private window. This will allow the program to run without collecting browsing data. You can do this by hitting the three little dots or dashes in the top right-hand corner of your browser and choosing the private (incognito) window option. Then you'll want to try printing the report again. 

 

If the private window works, then you can clear your cache and cookies. If the report still doesn't load to print, I recommend requesting a callback from our QuickBooks Online Support Team and getting added to the ticket (INV-44036) that's created for this problem.
