This week my send forms option quit working. When I looked at preferences I am checked as using QuickBooks email, but no active subscription shows. Was working fine

There are times that the program will not work how it used to be, I suggest updating your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to refresh the old program codes. Here's how you can do that.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Click on the Update now tab.
  4. Hit Get Updates and wait for the confirmation pop-up.
  5. To confirm, click the OK button to restart your QBDT and finish the installation process.
