I am trying to see which QB user ran a payroll on a certain date. Can someone help me with this? OR, if you cant do that, I need to see what user changed sick and vacation time thats being tracked in QBD. The audit trail does not show payroll changes in the report....help??
QB does not track the editing of employees or other list records.
It does track transactions, and you can see who created and edited transactions, including paychecks, on the Audit Trail report: Reports | Accountant & Taxes | Audit Trail.
