In QuickBooks, training with QBO is free and can only log in to the set scheduled date of the training. The Validation code when you log in may refer to the 2FA code.
You can disable this Two-Step Authentication. This way, you'll be able to access your account.

Also, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team so they can verify and investigate why you're unable to receive a code.
