Tried to do a 30 day free trial, but it charged me. Was trying to start to learn quickbooks and do a course. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't click the Buy button. You may open the trial account for free and it doesn't need your payment credential to proceed.

Let's check why you were charged for the free trial account, zealousbear1994.

There's a possibility that you've selected the Buy button as mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA.  If you need to cancel the paid account, here are the steps.

  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.

Also, if you need a refund, you can contact our QuickBooks Live Team so they can review and check this for you.

Then, you can use the demo account to start learning with QuickBooks Online. Here's the article you can use: Test drive QuickBooks Online.
